Recognizing changes in the industry after 9-11, Dynamic Security established its Elite Services Division. This program is populated with thoroughly screened, highly trained security professionals recruited from various Federal and state law enforcement and military agencies. In addition to the high standards in place for our unarmed officers, candidates desiring entry to our elite program must meet the following criteria:
Former State Law Enforcement or Federal Agent
Former Military (Military Police or Special Forces, etc)
Former Corrections Officer

Building upon the years of acquired real world experience of our Elite Officers, Dynamic has implemented a comprehensive “in house” training program conducted by qualified management staff members certified by the NRA and local State Agencies. These training blocks exceed all state requirements for licensure and include all pertinent security officer training as well as comprehensive firearms training. This armed professional training includes topics such as:
Level I Basic Security Officer Training Firearms Nomenclature, Operation, Cleaning Firearms and Range Safety Use of Force Legal Responsibilities Presentation from the holster Weapon retention
Level II (Optional Practical Exercises) Shooting and Reloading Under Stress Engaging Targets in “Shoot…Don’t Shoot Scenarios” Moving Targets Multiple Threats Low light shooting
Other training may include CPR, First Aid, and AED upon client specific needs.
Dynamic’s Elite Services Division is set apart from the typical armed services provider as the program mirrors most law enforcement agencies in the standardization of weapons, duty gear, uniforms, and training.
Our extensive selection of officers and “grow our own” training philosophy results in a group of security professionals who exceed industry standards and truly deserve the title of “Elite”!
